This is the first bag for the year 2015!!! The theme is Fresh Start and for me this year I want to start a skincare routine that will minimize my pores and less blackheads. I didn't get the "your glam bag has been shipped" until the day I got my bag in the mail. Ipsy isn't up to par with the emails or updates already this year! Also, I've been holding off of at viewing my Glam room too because I do like the surprised feeling when I open the bag the happy or disappointed shock. I really hoped for the eyelash curler so I didn't want to look at the early sneak peek and get disappointed about the whole bag just cuz its not in the bag.
If you don't know or haven't heard of Ipsy before, this is a $10 monthly beauty subscription. For $10 a month, you will get 4-5 full or deluxe samples of beauty products from makeup to skincare to hair care to nail care. I've been a Ipster for over half a year now and yes there will be hits and misses but I do find myself liking at least 2 to 3 items from each bag. And I do not buy much or any makeup anymore since then.
This month's bag is a pretty nice bag that I'm currently using it to start my Nintendo 3DS hahah it is big enough for it so whynot. I just don't know why it's white on one side and the other side blue hmmmm........ I am most excited about the Nourish Organic Eye Cream because recently I've noticed how much darker my eyes areas are getting and have been researching online for a solution. sadly there's really no solution but drinking plenty of water helps and sleeping more and eye care cream or products does help a bit.
Nourish Organic Renewing Eye Cream .5 fl oz 100% natural USDA-Certified Organic with avocado oil, moroccan argan oil and shea butter. This brand is new to me but I have seen this brand in past Ipsy bags tho. click here to view their website and currently there is a 30% off with code LOVEIPSY30 promotion thru Ipsy
Malin+Goetz Mojito lip balm .2oz daily protection, soothing treatment, fatty acid absorption technology. This is new brand to me but I am liking this balm with a great moisturizing feeling to it. There really isn't much mojito scent or taste and it goes on clear pretty much like vaseline lip balm but better. click here to view their website and currently there is a 15% off with code IPSY15 promotion thru Ipsy
Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow in the color Treasure 2.5g This is a rich, lasting eye shadow infused with coconut for a velvety finish. 100% Vegan. Cruelty-free. Formulated without FD & C color, parabens and petroleum. Every Ipster will get one of these Pacifica eye shadow in the color Treasure or Etheral. Treasure is a copper tone a darker color than Etheral, which is a lighter tone color. click here to view their website and currently there is a 20% off with code NEWBEAUTY promotion thru Ipsy.
BelláPierre cosmetics shimmer powder eye shadow in the color Exite it's a pretty white color shadow and has lots of shimmer to it. ipsters who sample BelláPierre will receive one of the following shades: Celebration, Exite, Whesek. click here to view their website and currently there is a 25% off with code IPSY2014 promotion thru Ipsy.
Elizabeth Mott All Over Shadow Brush This is a really cute pink eye shadow brush and it is very soft 100% synthetic bristles. this go along nicely with the eye shadows from this month's bag. I have sample Eliabzeth Mott product in my November bag the you're so fine liquid eyeliner that I liked a lot so I am happy to receive another product from them. click here to view their website and currently there is a 50% off entire purchase with code IPSYBRUSH promotion thru Ipsy. 50% off entire purchase is quite a lot and for order over $40 free shipping!!
Since I didn't peek into my early view of my glam room, I was a bit disappoint that I didn't get the eyelash curler again. But I am happy to have the eye cream, the lip balm and the shadow brush. I just dunno why Ipsy would put two eye shadows in one bag at least they are two different colors :) so 3 out of 5 items will get used and not bad this month didn't fail in my opinion.
