Silk'n Flash & Go Express Hair Removal

So a couple of weeks, I received this Silk'n Flash & Go Express Hair Removal complimentary in the mail from Influenster!!! This machine is a beast and very intimidating but as I read the instruction and follow the steps, it is not too bad. the machine has only two buttons and one for the setting strength and one to emit the flashes. It's a very sturdy and compact machine that comes with a very nice case for storage! I really like the case because my epilator machine didn't' come with a bag or case so it made storage a little difficult and missing cord. so after a few treatments, I did notice a slower regrowth of the hair. I tried my underarm and bikini line area. it's super easy to use and doesn't really feel anything besides some warmth when it flashes. I used the lowest settings for my skin tone and it does come with a chart. so I can even go to number 2 setting for probably better results. Overall, I'm excited to use this product and the fact that I can use it at home whenever I can is such a huge plus. the privacy and the any time is a great factor for me.

My overall experience with this month's bag is not bad since I get to try my first matte lipstick and I love it and also the Dr. Brandt microdermabrasion too! so these two finds is what makes it worth it for me to keep subscribing with Ipsy.  I am looking forward for November to see what they will come up with!

October 2015 The 3B Box

 

October month came a little bit late but it has a full size It's Skin and DHC product! I've never tried DHC mask before so I'm happy to try.  I've already opened the It's Skin Power 10 Formula VC Effector and it smells so good like a lemon drop! hope it does what it says because I have dark spots and old acne scars so I will use this for awhile and see if there's any improvements.  The hair filler is new to me and I'm thinking this is like a hair mask to deeply condition the hair but a wait time of 20 min seems long to me tho.

Fall 2015 Walmart Beauty Box

I am very happy with my walmart beauty box this fall because it has a really awesome razor and a mascara and cleansing wipes.  It's just full of goodness inside a small box.  This box is smaller than the ones before but it still had a lot of great stuff! Also comes with a bunch of coupons to buy the products.  This box is only $5!!!! so it's less than a dollar for each of the items inside.  It's such a great value.

September 2015 Ipsy glam bag

This month's theme is Face Fashion and has a gold color bag which is a bit longer than other bags. 

The NYX trio eyeshadow was made exclusively for Ipsy. It has a nude, brown and black colors. Kind of shimmery to me. 

Formula X nail polish in the color Ignite. This is a deep red color perfect for the fall!  But it's a bit on the smaller side tho maybe I can get a couple of uses out of it. Never tried formula X nail polishes so this is a new find for me. But I'm good on nail polish for awhile. 

Vasanti Cosmetic Brighten Up! Exfoliating Cleanser that I have gotten a sample of from Birchbox which I am no longer a subscriber since August  this was a good cleanser and I'm happy to have more

September 2015 3B box

This is the September 2015 3b box! This is a $12 a month Asian beauty box from Korea or Japan or Taiwan. I have been a subscriber since December 2014 when they first started this subscription. And I have been pleased with them. I enjoy the full size and sample size products. 

This month there are four items including the RiRe Luxe Eye Lash Essence that was supposed to be in the August box so we got it in this box! I tried it once already and the product is clear and the wand is very different. The actual product feels sticky like glue after it dries. 

The snail therapy hand cream by leaders mediu is new to me and I believe other subscribers get a different varieties. I have lots of hand cream to finish so I will have to wait for this one

At control spot remover by honey bee's is my favorite find in this bag because I am always looking for ways to stop or shorten the life of any pimples or zits. I've tried patches which is my current method but this tube is great because I can put the as much or as little as I need. 

This last product is a Japanese cult favorite moisturizing skin cream by Yu-Be. I have never gotten this before and am looking forward to use this in the upcoming winter season. 

My favorite products are the spot remover and lash essence so for $12 to get these two items plus two more is really good price to pay.

July 2015 Ipsy Glam Bag Plus Reward

  

The theme for this month is "Summer Lovin' " such a fitting theme for the humid sunny weather!!! When I first saw the sneak peek for the bag I didn't have any are for it.  But when I got my hands on it, I love it!!! I like the canvas style and the colors are vibrant!

Product #1 is the Aurora Gel Effect Nail Lacqer in Alarm Fire color.  This is not as bright as I thought which is better! it's actually pretty and I want to paint my nails with it!

 its a pretty pinkish red color and it's on sales too for $7.99. 

Product #2 is the Octavio Sea Salt Spray and it is one thing I do not want and I always click dislike, will not buy, will not use, does not apply to me as part of the review and yet I see it in my bag along with leave in conditioner sprays! not happy! this item sales for $15.50 for the full size product which is 4oz and the sample is half of the full size is $7.75!? wow!

Product #3 is the Jelly Pong Pong 2 in 1 eyeshadow/eyeliner .10oz in the color bronze and its made from pure beeswax! this shadow/liner is $16.00!!! on its own website WOWZA! but i'm not sure how big is the full size product and I can't find it anyway on the site.  This looks like at least half the size of a full size product and a pretty good amount to me so I'm guessing this is about $8.00 worth.

Product #4 is the Eau Thermale Avene Cleanance Gel Soapless Cleanser .84fl.oz I like it that its soap free and paraben free too! you can purchase this full size 6.76oz product for $20.00.   Which makes this a $2.50 sample.

Product #5 is the be a...bombshell lip balm in the color ruby.  This has a hint of color with some shine lip balm and no scent!!!! Which is a good sign for me because I remember one of their product is very chemically smelly.  this is a full size product for $14.00!!! well I will definitely not pay more than $2.00 for this because I do not care for this brand so I do not even know if I would want to pay for one.

My next item was redeemed thru Ipsy points for 500points!!! and this is a full size boscia 1.75oz/50g B.B. Cream Bronze Broad Spectrum SPF 27 PA++ oil-free  The only downside of this is that it expires on Aug 01, 2015!!! I don't think I can use all of this in such little time especially its quite dark too.  so I can probably use this mixed with something lighter or use it to contour which i am not good with.  i'll try to apply this to the whole face and see if i look natural or got a really good tan hehe.

All in all, this bag is surprisingly value at about $40!!!! wow!!! the value is definitely their but would I go and buy them? no.  but that's part of a subscription is that you get something good and something bad.  and this month's bag isn't bad since I will be using the nail polish, soapless cleanser and the lip balm.

Memebox July 2015

So Memebox has been through lots of changes since they stopped international shipping and the box prices have got up a lot too.  And my last box from them was back in January too and haven't shop much from their website.  I still get their emails with the promotions and read some of the boxes reviews too.  I just feels like its not the same as before with their boxes or products.  But they are having a $5 deal until 07/17/2015!!!! many products are $5 or lower! and I am thinking about buying some stuff since this is such a better deal than a $30 box of random stuff.  Click the below banner to check out the products!

June 2015 PinchMe box

I recently got into PinchMe box and the best part of it its that it is completely free to try the samples!!! it does take awhile for the shipping but who cares when its free samples to try and all you have to do its to give them your honest reviews!  so below is my box full of products!  

  I got 6 products and a bunch of coupons to! by far this is one of the best box I've gotten!  

1) ZzzQuil 12 LiquiCaps!!!  --  These are great for my work when I can't fall asleep due to the odd working hours as a flight attendant so these are perfect for me!!!! Sometimes I have to work redeye flights and it is tough!

2) Berocca 2 Tablets -- 1 tablet has 1000mg of vitamin C!!! contains almost as much as a cup of coffee too! so this is almost like Airborne or Vitamin C drink mix that is full of vitamins and has 44mg of caffeine! woohoo!!! awesome for days at work that I cannot stay awake!

3) Secret Clinical Strength Invisible Solid Deodorant -- This is a great sample size .5 oz and again this is perfect for my work! small to store in my carry-on and its effective for freshness! 

4) Skinfix Hand Repair Cream -- I don't know if this box is curated for my job or not but this is amazing for my hands!  The water in the plane makes my hands super dry and this cream is the remedy! love it! 

5) Gold Bond Skin Therapy Cream -- Again this cream is great for traveling to moisturize my body especially sometimes the water from different places can dry out my skin.  This is a great product to have in my toiletry bag. 

6) Nutro Perfect Portions Cat Food  -- the only product I can't use for my job hahah.  however, my kitty loved it all! Maybe because normally she eats dry cat food and this is moist and tasty for her! well definitely get her more as a special treat or when we eat good she can eat good on occasion nights.

July 2015 3B Box

Hello everybody!!! Its been months since my last blog about the beauty boxes that I get because I got lazy and I'll be honest hehe.  The winter in Chicagoland area was way too long and dreadful so just didn't want to do anything.  But I think it's time to come back and share what I have been getting lately! 

 

This is my July 3B Box!!! this is a subscription that I subscribed back when they first started in December 2014 and it's been half a year and there are some great boxes and some that are just so-so.  it's a $12 a month including shipping and it ships second week of the month and its all base on Asian beauty products.  This is the first time I've seen an all SkinFood box! I have not tried any of the products before and it looks pretty good to me so far.

First item that I saw was this SkinFood Rice Mask Wash Off Pack and its a full size product!  I've spotted this online before and wanted to try!  so happy to get this in the bag.  I know that rice has a whitening agent too and its perfect for the summer season so I can still have fun in the sun/outdoor and my skin tone doesn't need to change too much.  this has great reviews on amazon and its average price is about $10 some with free shipping too! check it out yourself!

SkinFood Black Bean Eyeliner pencil full size!   link to amazon on Amazon its for sale about $16.99!!!!! wow! they have other other colors for about half the price.  I remember the first eyelinger I got from 3B was from their very first box and it was a liquid eyeliner and it was a really nice one because it didn't smudge and it can create a very fine line too.  Getting eyeliner in boxes are very typical but its they are great ones I don't mind getting it every 6 months! at least they spread it out to include one as they do need to be change out periodically for hygienic reason.  This pencil does come with a smudger in one end so it looks good to me so far!  

  

The last two products are truly sample size but seeing that the first two are full size products it makes these feels like bonuses!  I will put these in my travel toiletry since I'm a flight attendant these little samples are great and easy to store for me to bring with on my layovers.  Hope they smell like apple! 

My overall verdict for this month's box is four thumbs up out of five.  I didn't give it all thumbs up its because I still have a lot of eyeliner pencils or liquid waiting to get used so this would not be a product I want to shop for but good to have for back ups.  I am happy to get such a high value for the box according the Amazon the two full size products are totaling $27!!!! and this box is only $12 a month.  I am very happy with the value and the products I got!  this is still one of my favorite subscription because of the Asian products I get that I can't really find even in the Asian stores.

Memebox First Box of the Year Night Care

Memebox came out with the first box of the year Night Care in early January and after seeing two spoilers for it.  I bought it! I really wanted to get the gel eye patch and I needed  back up for my sleeping pack so that's win-win! this box cost $29.00 plus $6.99 shipping and handling.  and I used most of my points for this box so I didn't need to spend anything on it! :) I feel like that's the best way to use the memepoints because if I were to purchase one of the items in the USA shop i would spent like $20 for one product with shipping unless I pick something from the free shipping section.  Lately, Memebox has value sets which are pretty nice and free shipping so maybe those will be my next purchase.  I haven't bought much from Memebox lately because of the discounts that we get now and also I have lots of back ups now and need to use them all before making another purchase.  if you are interested in buying yourself a box of night care, it is sold out at the moment but i will update my title for this blog if its back in stock or any changes for this box.  Click Here for the info card for this box.

 This box just look full of products and fun stuff to use too! :)  the masks from this box is by far the most I've gotten in a box.  and its not for face either! I've been wanting to try a foot mask and read many reviews of how great they are so I am happy to get one finally.

This 3-steps blackhead treatment looks pretty fun! just hope this works better than the nose strips that I got twice already previously from Memebox.

Hand mask? not sure what makes these different than the nail care hmmmm...but I think I might rather get the whole hand done than just the nails.

the most exciting out of all the masks is this foot one! I read that within a couple of weeks the skin on your foot will start peeling off and the dead skin just falls off.  this might be easier to use during summer time so I can just wear flip flops and let the dead skin fly away outside not inside the houe!

I got a Tosowoong toner mist in my 1st anniversary box in bee AC control and good thing I got an essence this time.  never tried any snail products so hopefully I will like it.

I needed a new eye cream so this is perfect!!! I learned that no product will erase the dark eyes and products can only help keep it from getting worst and i need to continue to use it before its too late.  same with wrinkles its best to start young to keep the skin healthy and glowing before the naked eyes can spot any lines.
